Vertra Steel Industry's Occupational Health and Safety Policy, developed in compliance with all requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, is founded on a deep respect for both people and their living environment. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is our top priority in all our operations, guided by the motto "Protect Your Health, Protect Your Job." To establish a safe and healthy working environment, all employees are required to fulfill their responsibilities within their authority. Vertra Steel Industry aims to protect all employees and the environment from potential risks associated with our business activities.
In the workplace and its annexes, we are committed to:
- Ensuring the health and safety of employees, subcontractors, visitors, and company personnel working outside the workplace by taking all necessary measures in accordance with current HSE legislation and other related requirements.
- Providing and properly using tools and personal protective equipment when needed.
Identifying and eliminating unsafe conditions and practices that could lead to occupational accidents and diseases through effective risk assessments.- Training our employees in occupational health and safety to foster awareness and compliance.
